Q&A ASK DR MARSH • Sticking to a healthy diet is more difficult in winter, when I feel hungrier and want heavier meals. Do you have any tips?

CAN A 4-MINUTE WORKOUT REALLY DELIVER HEALTH BENEFITS? • It turns out it is a genuine ‘thing’ as far as your health is concerned. Research shows that doing a 4-minute burst of high-intensity exercise three times a week for 12 weeks significantly improved blood sugar levels, fat in the liver and cardio fitness in adults with type 2 diabetes. Even better news? The improvements were on par with those delivered by regular 45-minute sessions of moderate intensity exercise. As with all kinds of vigorous exercise, check in with your doctor first before you get physical.
