CORENET SYMPOSIUM • On 3 May 2018, Shed 10 in Auckland was once again host to the annual CoreNet Symposium. Camille Khouri caught up with some of the delegates to find out how this year’s event transpired.

GREG FARRELL • New Zealand interior designer Greg Farrell is the Hong Kong executive director of multinational firm Aedas. Federico Monsalve caught up with Farrell during his visit to Aedas’ latest Auckland project, M Social.

A NEW LEARNING ENVIRONMENT CATERS TO FUTURE NEEDS • Amanda Harkness visited King’s School’s new Centennial Building and found it to be the ideal space for learning and interacting, while it prepares students for the world of university facilities and contemporary workplaces.

LIQUID TEXTURES • Waves of velvet, ripples of yarn, crests on timber and creamy porcelain: bathroom scenes of comfort and style are anchored by Adesso products.

RAISING THE BAR • The Christchurch Justice and Emergency Services Precinct presents a welcoming face to the public while providing Cantabrians with a symbol of safety and order.

Wellness in Design • When redesigning a central Auckland medical clinic, the architects at Klein took the opportunity to re-examine the patient experience.

Flux and flair • Very little is bolted to the ground in this fashion sales and PR firm. The result is a vibrant and edgy space that is constantly evolving.

MODERN VINTAGE STYLE • Much of Public Library’s furniture was designed by its co-owner, Dan Gosling.
